How it works
- Add your PDF. Every page appears as a small picture.
- Drag pages into the order you want, or use the buttons under each page to move, turn, copy or remove it. Add blank pages where you need them.
- Press Make PDF and download the new file.
Scans arrive in the wrong order, with one page upside down and a blank one in the middle. Open the PDF here, look at every page, fix what is wrong, and save it. Your file is changed on your own device and never uploaded.
Files stay on your device. Free, with no sign-up.
Drag a page to move it, or use the arrow buttons under it. Removed pages stay in the list, dimmed, until you press Make PDF, so you can put them back.
Nothing left your device.
A scanner that feeds a stack of paper often turns a few pages, doubles one, or leaves a blank page where the back of a sheet was. Remove the blank, turn the sideways page, move the one that is out of order, and the PDF reads correctly.
Each page shows where it came from ("was 5") once you move it, so you can keep track of a long document.
No. Everything happens inside your browser, on your own device. Your files are never sent to a server, and you can confirm that in your browser's network tab. Close the tab and they're gone.
Yes. A removed page is not just hidden: its text and pictures are dropped from the new file, so it is also smaller. Many tools leave the removed page inside the file where it can be recovered, which matters if you took it out because it held private details. Keep your original if you might want the page back.
Yes. Dragging works on computers and on some phones, but the arrow buttons under every page work everywhere: tap the left arrow to move a page earlier, the right arrow to move it later.
Nothing. Only the page's rotation setting changes, so text and images stay exactly as sharp. A page that is already turned is turned further from where it is.
The title and other document details are kept, and so are links and form fields on pages you keep. Bookmarks that point to a page you removed are dropped by PDF readers. A page you copy is an independent copy.
Not in this tool. Join the PDFs first with Merge PDF, then arrange the merged file here.
Up to 1,000 pages. Pictures of the pages are drawn as you scroll, so even a long document opens at once.
Not directly. Use Unlock PDF on this site to remove the password (you need to know it), then add the unlocked copy here.
Each file can be up to 100 MB, and up to 300 MB in total. Because the work happens on your device, very large files depend on your available memory. A desktop browser handles them best.
