Pull out a single chapter or invoice from a long document with Extract, split a scanned batch into one file per customer with Split by range, or break a slide deck into one PDF per slide with Every page.
No. Everything happens inside your browser, on your own device. Your files are never sent to a server, and you can confirm that in your browser's network tab. Close the tab and they're gone.
Use commas between pages or ranges: 1-3, 5, 8-. A trailing dash such as 8- means "page 8 to the end". Page numbers start at 1.
"Extract" puts all the pages you choose into one new PDF. "Split by range" makes a separate PDF for each range you type. "Every page" saves each page as its own PDF. Multiple files are delivered as a ZIP.
Yes. In Extract mode the pages come out in the order you type them, so 3, 1, 2 puts page 3 first.
No. Pages are copied as they are, not re-rendered, so text stays sharp and selectable.
Each file can be up to 100 MB, and up to 300 MB in total. Because the work happens on your device, very large files depend on your available memory. A desktop browser handles them best.
Not directly. Use Unlock PDF on this site to remove the password (you need to know it), then add the unlocked copy here.
